Framing an image with scopes
you will need to use tables to line this up correctly, but I like the way this looks, for me the results are worth playing with tables, LOL!
mainly, you'll need to know the height and width of your image, so you can set the h & w of your scopes a little bit bigger; you'll have to play around with it to get them just right. this image is height="309" width="224", so I made the side scopes h=330, and my top and bottom scopes w=300. you take the width of the image + the width of the side scopes to start the width of the top & bottom scopes. I'm sure there's a better way, but that's how I do it! This is what I got:
